Our Mission:
To educate by cultivating the wonder of learning through meaningful partnerships
Save the Date for our upcoming Art Show.... Friday, April 26th! We are working on multiple collaborative pieces for display and will be asking for your help.
For our first ask, please send a photo of your home for a 3D collaborative piece about our community. Dear TLC Families , We hope this message finds you well. You may or may not have used our developmental screening tool before, the Ages and Stages Questionnaire 3 and the Ages and Stages Questionnaire Social and Emotional 2. We use the ASQ and the ASQ/SE2 to track your child’s development. A letter including more in-depth information about this screening tool is attached to this email. Please go to both links below at your earliest convenience and enter in your child’s information (the links appear to be very similar but the questionnaires themselves are different so be sure to enter your information at both sites). Please complete your child’s questionnaire(s) by November 19. We will also be offering parent/ teacher conferences based on ASQ results in December. ![]()

About Timberline:
We are a school for young children from ages 6 weeks to 6 years. Our approach is Reggio Emilia inspired. The following principles guide our approach and curriculum: The child is an active, strong, competent collaborator in the evolution of their learning. The teacher is a guide, rather than an instructor, who observes, questions, researches, documents, reflects, and interprets. The classroom is a teacher unto itself! The relationships that develop between the children, their families, and the teachers create opportunity for growth, reflection, and support. Long-term projects are at the core of our program, using the children’s interests, and the teacher’s observations, as the guide.
